The only female member of the Philadelphia homicide squad, the gorgeous, courageous, and brilliant Lilly dedicated her life to reopening long-unsolved criminal cases, tracking down the original witnesses and utilizing the latest investigative technology to nail the well-hidden perps. The series was distinguished by weekly flashback sequences, showing those involved in the case at hand as they were "then" and "now."  Also in the cast was John_Finn as Lilly's boss and mentor, Lt.
