Exclusive: Sara Rue and Bruno Campos Check Into Private Practice

Private Practice is stocking up on guest stars for their spring episodes. Both Sara Rue and Bruno Campos will guest-star in an episode, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.

Nip Tuck Seasons 1-5 DVD Box Set
Rue (Popular, Eastwick) will play Shira, a mother with a premature baby who must decide whether to continue putting the baby through traumatic surgeries or let her child die.
Campos (Royal Pains, Nip/Tuck), whose character is not affiliated with Rue's, will play Dr. Scott Bostick, Charlotte's new boy toy who has a pill-popping problem. (Paging Dr. House!)
Campos and Rue will appear in the same episode, which is slated for mid-February.
